Msafini Guest House (Shela)

This hotel is newly built and opened to take guests at the end of November 2009. A large tall building offering simple, clean accommodation, located in Shela Village, a few minutes from Shela Beach, the hotel has 14 self-contained rooms, each with its own balcony, mosquito net and overhead fan. At the moment the bathrooms do not provide hot water but this can be provided on request.

The hotel intends to install solar hot water showers in the near future. 5 of the rooms have a sea view and the remainder of the rooms have a view of the dunes and the pool. The rooftop restaurant and sitting area provides good panoramic views of the village and the sea.There is a medium-sized fresh water swimming pool at the disposal of guests who are staying at the hotel. No alcohol is allowed at the hotel. The restaurant serves Swahili, Fish and Seafood dishes and fresh juices.
